Terms of Engagement

These terms apply to HR consultancy engagements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services are HR consultancy and practical guidance based on information provided by the client and professional judgement at time of engagement. Services do not constitute legal representation.
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 7 days. Work may be paused where payment is outstanding. Fees are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
Client information is treated as confidential and used only for service delivery unless disclosure is required by law.
Clients remain responsible for decisions taken and compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures. Accurate and complete information must be provided.
At least 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling consultations. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to total fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
